Amen, Amen……Great quote….I love J.C. Ryle second to Spurgeon. However I think it would be better said ” Where there is no visible fruit of sanctification, we may be sure there has been no change in the heart wrought by the Spirit of God.” If any man be in Christ he is a new creature.
It may be they are truly Gods elect but God for whatever reason has not graciously chosen to Regenerate him as of yet. Maybe because he heard a man centered gospel all his days……..
